It's RNG if it spawns there or not. Check the paths close to Venom. If it isn't there, beat Venom and reset the map and check again

The first rule of revive club is you don’t speak of revive club. Last time there was a viable map that spawned them often, a thread like this sent the team to “fix” it. Revives are scarce for a reason.. $$$ They’re random encounters. You’re best bet is just to enter and exit every map til you see one or buy some units.

I take all story chapters one by one and I look for revives. If I see one, I complete the path.
if not, i leave and enter the next.
