permanent ban on my account (username - swapnilmanekar)

I have spent too much time (3 years) as well as money on this game..&..they get a permanent ban on my account..this is inappropriate..please solve this issue..

Step 1 - go to the home screen in game, tap the gear, tap support.

Step 2 - open a ticket for help with a banned account

Step 3 - write the support team that even though you cheated and abused terms of service to take advantage of an obvious exploit in the game, multiple times over, and have clearly been warned about breaking terms of service before, you'd like them to overlook your cheating and reinstate your account cuz you're a dumbass.

He can't get into the home screen if he is banned. I think the general discussion page or news and announcement page has the link you are supposed to use @swapnilmanekar

Fair point, @Run477, but step 3 still applies. Technically he could still follow all steps just starting a new account. This way, he already has a head start on the answer he will be given:

"Sorry for the inconvenience your cheating has caused you. Feel free to start a new account."

I couldn't use any cheat..got it..i'm on level 47..why should i use any cheats..

1) you're AOC - so, that puts you playing this game anytime under 2 years+
2) lvl47, 55k PI, about 100+ champs in collection with top champ being 4* r4 Colossus.
3) No visible active participation in arena.
4) Also no visible participation in monthly EQ, not even heroic or any other special quests.
5) You aced 'Web-Slinger' challenge recently

Again, not judging and honestly don't really care two wings either. Best you do some self reflection 'what/which TOS you have violated' recently.

Lol. They don't permanent ban for no reason. They know what you did, and they definitely won't reinstate your account when you're lying about it.

He also doesn't have the seasoned summoner title

An old alliance mate got perm banned last year, he's since given his account info to another member just in case they lifted the ban; as of today, the account is still locked. He claims he never did anything wrong and tried multiple times to get the ban lifted, but to no avail.

I'm not gonna judge you, I have no idea what you did, only you do...if you honestly did nothing wrong, best thing is to contact support and take it from there. Fair warning though, they do have the final say so try to stay positive, but know that these decisions rarely get reversed from what I've heard.

Next time spend the money in game instead of on outside parties to do web slinger event for you.
