Special button not always working

Encountered this many tims with multiple characters. Sometimes it just refuses to work or takes a few taps to register.

I've been experiencing delays in controls in general. Especially after a Block. It freezes. Thought it might be the new device.

I've opened a support ticket on august 11, this is the answer I got. I take no chaces now, I repeatly clic on it, to be sure it's working.
