AQ Doctor Doom

Hi all,

I'm probably being stupid or blind but none of my champs in AQ have been able to crit Doctor Doom. Is there a node or interaction I'm missing?

I was using Nick, Venom and CMM and for the whole fight no crit happened.

Doom has one of the highest crit resistance stats in the game. Only a couple champs like Corvus can crit against him

Doom has insane crit resist, if you want to crit more than once in a blue moon you need guaranteed crits or a strong crit boost

I used doom against doom with Diablo synergy, it works fine

Wasp. Throw in synergy with IMIW and you can shut down aura too

In my last 2 AW fights against Doom on the left mini power gain / unblockable L2 node, using a 5/65 Magik, I've done 150+ hits each time. I did get 1 (yes one) crit on the 2nd, most recent fight. That's 1 crit on 300+ hits. You really need a 'guaranteed' crit champ if you want to see those big yellow numbers when fighting against Doom.

Magik has a pretty low crit rate as it is though. Unless you were boosting it with synergies
