Join the harbingers of grumpiness – The Grumpy Old Ladies – for some instant and much needed relief. We may not be sociable when playing bingo, we may not share walkers, but we sure smash AQ and AW, and moan while we’re at it.
So why the fake teeth are you ladies looking for new members?
Well, a group of eight stumbled upon our rest-home when we just started out, and now they are moving on again. So we’re back to the core group of mean old mama’s we started out with. And both our in-house masseuse and manicure are afraid they’re gonna run out of a job. Can’t let that happen!
Where we stand
- We’re a mix of European and US old itches (US: mostly east coast)
- We run map 66665 for each BG, with fairly easy modifiers
- We ended Gold 3 (started in Bronze about 1,5 months ago) in AW
- We do 3 BG wars in season, only one BG off
- Donations are 210k Gold, 20k battle-chips and 15k loyalty
Where we wanna be
Approximately where we are. May ascend to Gold 2 or 1 once in a blue moon, but that’s it. We’re old and fragile! And kinda done with Platinum. As for AQ, our goal is really simple: reach 300 million points the easiest and cheapest way possible. And that’s it. Nothing but AQ and AW is mandatory.
You can be grumpy if
- You are used to map 6
- You are okay with war at the level mentioned above
- You have the roster to cope with both running concurrently
- You can complain with the best of us
- You practice social distancing, except in chat
