Electro should be able to shock the opponent with his base kit.

The guy is elektricity. He shoots elektricity. Why can he not apply shock debuffs without the need for a synergy?
Electro feels like his abilities don't match his powers at all. Like you get a chance to stun the opponent with specials. His recent passive ability is great and all. But also the only ability he has that makes sense. He could easily be the shock version of Human Torch.

I remember pulling a 6* electro during the mojo EQ and there was a path where if you inflicted shock, it had an % chance that the opponent would purify the debuff and apply it to you, i was actually pretty stoked about getting electro to try him out on that path. But then I realized he couldn’t inflict shock, and was pretty useless for the quest. I had fun with him in LOL versus Jane Foster tho

Electro is an example of a champion with a failed design from the start. He should also be dealing static shock when he strikes, the static shock should be turned into shock damage and he should inflict shock debuffs with his special attacks. Shocks should decrease AA, and more on robots like those of Nebula. And he should power control.

OG Storm shouldve been able to inflict coldsnap but instead of revamping her, they just gave Pyramid X that ability. Unless Electro gets a revamp, i think were just going to have to wait until an Electro clone comes out (I hope we get the old comic one with the ridiculous mask)
