Quake "rebalance"?!

So alot of talk over line has been coming out surrounding the rebalance of quake.
Alot of speculation around is it real or is it fake news.
By the looks of the recent twitter post its HAPPENING.
Not sure why this happening or needs to happen but hope someone can shed some light on this update.
I for 1 don't have a quake but alot of people in my ally use her to by pass certain nodes. Is it a coincidence that she is the counter for the flow node in AW or a great choice for the first 90% of the 6.2.6 champion fight.
I really hope this is fake news and that this "rebalance" is not going to become the norm.

It’s fake, this has been said in the multiple other threads. Also, Kabam won’t just announce stuff like rebalancing on twitter before an official forum post/comment.
