The customer service for Kabam is probably the worst that I have ever seen. My younger brother stole my debit card and spent $300 on the game. Now I understand people are like, well since he spent the money and used the stuff you can't get it back. That was until I discovered that there was a refund update in June of 2019 by the MCOC Team that says that they are trying to keep the contest fair so there may be no refunds for items already used. For that I offered a solution, that the team can delete my younger brother's account with mine and my parents permission. I have no job due to this COVID pandemic and the fact that I have offered a solution that is fair for you team and to your new policy in refunds. It is obvious that this customer service sucks because it has been over 48 hours, after they boast that they can make it in under 24 and I still haven't gotten a response. I have college to pay for and my brother sneaking in my room and taking my stuff of my nightstand shouldn't be held against me. I have offered a viable solution and I still haven't even received a response. Down below is a link of your change in refunds and a screenshot for prrof of ownership of the account, please try to help me get the attention of Kabam. I need that money for college, I'm begging for help here.
