Ban

Hello everybody,

I am here to ask for your opinions, since support isn't helpful at all.

So last Thursday I received a one week ban. Since I haven't done anything wrong, at least in my opinion, I contacted support and started to search in forum posts to maybe find an answer.

After some research, I've found the answer. I used an emulator to showcase some crystal opening with discord stream for about 15 minutes.

Today I got an answer from kabam support, which was pretty disappointing. They told me, exploits and hacks are forbidden, same for Emulators. Then they gave me a link to their terms of service.

Here is, where my problem starts. In terms of service, they only speak about hacks/exploits/software that somehow influences ore changes the game. This is the same for most mobile games and I didn't had any problems running other games on an emulator so far. An Emulator by itself doesn't do anything to a game.

I am from Germany and before I started the game on my emulator, I checked the terms of service. Since they didn't mentioned Emulators at all with a single word (at least I couldn't find any hints on it), I fired it up and about 18 hours later I got my ban. And now the fun part. Not only aren't Emulators mentioned a single time directly in terms of service, on top there is a sticky thread about Emulators are not allowed for this game only in the Englisch forums...i mean come on guys this a joke, at least in my opinion. And the cherry on this ice cake is, i am not the only one who thaught use of Emulators isn't forbidden...

What do you think guys, completely my fault or is the flow of information just horrible...

Any third-party apps which can be used to modify the game, including the use of Emulators, are against TOS. The only approved method for playing the game through PC is with an official Chromebook, through the use of the Google Play Store. Not all Chromebooks are capable of it. Regardless of whether or not you use the program to cheat, playing on an Emulator is a modification of the game files. They're not meant to be run through any means besides Apple and Android devices.
