His sp3 as known is insane , with R3 got more insane lol. But need time to build plasma so Why I hope him get duped but he is still very useful without duping.

Try playing him with Wasp Synergy, you’ll gain a plasma every time you parry, very helpful for building up plasmas faster. As soon as I get the mutant t4 catalysts, I’ll be taking up Psylocke then Havok to r3

BTW --> got great r3 options for skill/mutant class like duped omega/duped aegon and so...but suprise suprise, no t5 class catas for those classes...coincidence??? I don't think so..
