Jugg vs Silver Surfer attack miss

When Jugg uses a heavy attack and throws Silver Surfer to the ground, then when he wants to attack him, he does not hit the first blow. Subsequently, the Silver Surfer attacks immediately. See video

I've tried other characters through a duel and does it on all characters.

Silver Surfer has a longer "get-up" animation than a majority of champions. You need to change your dash in timing against him just so slightly
