Act 6 nerf question

I am at the point of starting act 6. Is is worthwhile to do it now or wait for the revamping of nodes which are already extremely tough. Is the change coming very soon or its going to take time.

I could not follow the announcement at that moment due to reasons, but is there going to be a full act 6 change or only certain chapters like 2,3,4 ?

Wait - all attack values will be reduced. If you want to try and get Cavalier (finishing Act 6.1), that may be worthwhile.

Should be revamped in October/November.

No harm in trying at least 6.1 out. If you can handle it, keep going until you can't. Then wait for the nerf later this year while you continue to build your roster

@Disgruntled_User_123 do you think 6.1 will be touched or everything after 6.2 will be nerfed ? I doubt it because 6.2 is the worst just like 5.3 of all chapters in act 5.

How do u think will they compensate to finishers. Lets say someone is at 6.2 someone finished the whole chapter 6 And i might Get stuck at 6.1.5 ! It is going to be a mass issue at that moment.

6.1 isn't too crazy and the Cavalier title is definitely worth the time spent. After that I would wait until they drop the attack values and (hopefully) change some very annoying fights in 6.2 and beyond.

The diaries said some if not all the changes would happen before book 2 release in December, later in the thread mike said all the changes would come before the release of book 2, when asked to clarify mike wouldn’t answer.
As for compensation for those who have done some or part of act 6 the won’t say how there doing it as usually when they announce a nerf like this it a cut off of 3 months before, but this time we don’t know if it’s already past the cut off or anything, once again mods wouldn’t clarify.
So your answer is.

When’s the neff coming ....... at some point in the next god knows when
Will you get compensated......... possibly or possibly not
Should you do act 6 ........... possibly or possibly not
Are we ignored and kept in the dark.........defiantly

The mods wouldn't/ didn't clarify because right now they can't clarify. They most likely don't have all of the information yet because things are still being worked on. They gave us a general time line for now. So as far as we know. We have between August and December. They will release more when they have more.

I’d do Cavalier... the hardest parts of 6.1 is 6.1.1 global node, 6.1.5 crossbones and 6.1.6 sentinel.... other than that it’s really not that bad... since they announced the nerf to act 6 I got impatient and cleared 6.3 and halfway thru 6.4 rn. If it is to hard for ya roster, wait till u can but 6.1 really isn’t anything THAT difficult. If you’ve been exploring uncollected every month you should be able to get initial clear of 6.1.

Definitely worth going for cavalier so you can do the EQ when it starts.
6.1 attack values should barely be nerfed too, they’re really not bad as they are.

Agree about doing Cavalier. Depending on roster I'd also suggest attempting the later chapters until it gets too hard. Grandmaster is such a fun fight and there's easy paths in all chapters. Exploration is a definite no-go if you haven't already started: 6.2.5 is horrible, 6.3 and 6.4 have nightmare paths in most quests.

I would definitely at least become cavalier. That’s not something you should wait for. Becoming cavalier is pretty easy. Then after that I’d wait it out.

I say do what you can that is timeless and then save the rest for the update to Act 6

I would say do it know and test your skills against proper content and you will be better player for it, before they nerf it to ground and can do it with r4 champs in your sleep

thank you each and everyone for a slight push for motivation. here i stand as cavalier today finally. it was easy at times and i found both xbones and sentinel to be breeze thanks to omega and corvus.

Honestly you can push into 6.2 also. Only area that be effected is probably 6.2.5 and 6. Attack values are slightly higher not much then chapter 1

I will try to go ahead but I wont be using any heals or revives now. All my even specific revives and heals are over now. Thinking to save my main pots for future.

Congrats!!!!! Glad the community could help, even if it was just a little motivation or bigger inspirations. This is how the forums should be!!! Big props on dropping that milestone, I know it seems a little overwhelming at times while doing it but getting it done is the biggest part.
