**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

5* Punisher issue not addressed

My previous thread was closed stating it had already been addressed. This is not correct. The original thread's issue was not addressed. Stating that 5* Punisher has a low drop rate is not an answer. The community wants to know if the 5* version was even in the uncollected crystal prior to maintenance. Please give us a real answer. More threads will be created until we the community receive a real answer. Either yes or no.

I was waiting for this one ...
I guess it will take a while to understand that the issue wasn't addressed anywhere and that we still are waiting for answers

They perfectly know that, they just don't want to give a real answer
  • The one that remains, and closed of course, got scrubbed first, wonder why.
And why can't they see that repeatedly stating its been answered makes them look worse? Kabam we know you're smart enough to know what the issue is, what we are actually asking, so when you say it's been answered we know you are lying! Or very very dumb, so which is it?

They just keep saying that he is really rare, but there are people who had a crystal land on him, and they just got an error message. No Punisher. They refuse to respond on this or something.

It is confirmed that he is in here now, many people got him.

But it wasn't the case before the maintenance, and that's why we want to know if he was before. We still don't know that

  • And it's not fair to keep closing threads either until the issue is addressed, we're on a different topic here, one that has NOT been answered, one we patiently waited for 9 days for an answer originally and never got.

Were the 70 pulls confirmed as actually recieving a 5*, and not a falsely reported 4*??

    , no?
  • He thanked us for raising a concern in that awesome response, and here we are raising a concern again, where's the gratitude?
  • It's both- 70 pulls in first couple of hours, but the proof is rare...
  • In there interest of good business practice the consumer expects an answer to valid questions. If you have invested money into this game at any point you would want to make sure you are not taken for a sucker.

This community has had enough. We want Kabam to take responsibility and to treat us with respect.
  • @Seatin is going to light them up, and all this will be almost worth it. The "official response" is more than enough material by itself.
