Herald difficulty not giving rewards for second run through???

Went through second time of Herald difficulty with Aarkus as boss and the second time it told me “no rewards” so I checked my inventory and sure enough no new shards or sig stone... Kabam needs to fix bug if they are going to tell ppl to save and use multiple/ day...

Did the herald difficulty today for a second time but didn’t get my rewards. In the forum it says we can save multiple favors and do the quest multiple times a day. I even did the opposite path

I pressed ‘view rewards’ before going into the quest. Said already claimed, so I ended up saving my thingo.

It does say it. You can save them and enter multiple times.

Understood, but if you can't do the same quest more than once, then you will be forced to go for rewards you don't want at some point.

Just a few minutes age I completed the Heralds of Galactus side quest and didn't get any rewards. The difficulty was epic.

Does anyone know if they fixed this bug? I haven't got my rewards from my second run yet and want to re run the mystic one for today, but don't want to waste another ticket.
