Magneto buff feedback

Magneto deserves to be super good for sure, but any reasonable person can agree that his specials are broken like this

So in my own personal opinion I think the best thing to do is to cap the prowess to be for example 10 against non metal and 20 against metal

Also, as for utility side he's pretty solid so I don't think anything needs to be changed there

    I’m loving the new buff on Magneto but I feel his damage is ridiculously to high. 14k bleeds? Lol

    My initial instinct was he’s perhaps slightly overpowered but we’ve only seen him showcased in ideal match-ups. Let’s wait and see what he’s like after release.

    If he stays as is though I won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

    I mean he probably won't even be the best mutant. We have people like Omega Red, Domino, Colossus who can all melt opponents. And you have Havok who has the same OP SP3 but he isn't even considered number 1. He's fine how he is

    lol Blade all over again except this time Mags is like Blade on steroids x100 against metal champions.

    I really dont see how it even matters at this point anymore, there are plenty of op champs, I mean whats one more really going to do for endgame players or endgame content? Kabam will keep releasing op champs and Mags will just be another drop in the bucket, unless they stick with the trend they've been on this year. I like the rework, but idk I'm not even really excited for him.

    To your point Berserker22, I get what you're saying. Personally I hope they leave Magneto as is (maybe update a special animation but that's wishful thinking), but I feel like we may end up getting a situation like some other champs where a few months down the road, he has to be "fixed". He'll probably still be tip-top tier even if they nerf him later but I'm still going to wait for at least a bit before I rank my 5 star higher than rank 3.

    So if you're saying that you hope they tone him down now, so they don't do it later, I agree 100%.
    If you're saying that you hope they tone him down because otherwise he would be too powerful, I will respectfully disagree.

    Honestly, they should have given Magneto the ability to control anything that contains metal. They should at least should have given him the reverse controls like how they did with Emma Frost. In the comics Magneto is a Omega level mutant and he is supposed to be OP AF. Like everyone stated above, it's not every match you would see him get that much prowess or bleed damage. He is still in beta and there will probably be more tweaks they will be adding to him.

    the thing is, though, there are a lot of ideal matchups for him. any matchup where the opponent is metal (like 1/3-1/4 of all champs) and you can parry or not get one shot by using the unstoppable is a pretty ideal matchup
