Diversity

Ok. Enough is enough. First you said that diversity would be an entire alliance thing. Then you changed it so it works only in each battlegroup, but said that a fix would come out soon. And now, you're announcing that there will be no fix at all and that the AW system will stay the same.

So now, more then ever, you need to give us rank down tickets. People in my alliance already started on ranking up champs so that we could score the highest score possible on diversity and defence rating. And I'm pretty sure that other alliances did the same. To be ready when the fix comes out. Now that you changed your mind, these rank ups are useless and the ressources used are wasted.

My opinion is that you did this only cause you can't find a way to make it work like you wanted to from the beginning. But that's only my opinion.

So be fair and send us rank down tickets so we can at least get back the ressources we used.

Ranking up those champs for diversity is still valid. You can still use those champs for diversity. I don't know what yet another rank down ticket post will achieve.

With this system, there is no need to have over 100 different defenders. There is no point in using She Hulk or Spidergwen on defense when you only need 50 unique defenders per battlegroup.

Valid yes, the best thing to do, definitely no. What you fail to understand is if you put top 50 rating champs in all 3 groups in one alliance and the 2nd alliance has defenders from the top 100 champs in all their groups... the top alliance that placed champs from the top 50 will win 100% of the time. This is because the rating is higher in the top 50 group, always.

Exactly. Once again kabam has found a way to screw us over. Do you people feel no remorse for treating your customers like this? Is this not constructive? Sorry. I’ll try to be better

So I take it you're in a top 10-20 alliance for war then? Our alliance is in the 70s right now and still have not come across a war where we lost solely on defender rating. Now that I said that, I'm sure the next war we will, but I do not think it is a common enough problem. I think it only majorly affects alliances like MMX and ISO.

Unfortunately it doesn’t only affect top alliances. If your following reddit you probably saw posts from people in all kind of alliances showing their loss against weaker alliances. Just because of diversity or defenders rating.

But the point is about Kabam making an official announcement just to change their mind the next week. If it’s the system they want, then fine! We’ll play by their rules. But the fact is that they changed what was an official annoucement and I think that they need to compensate us.

For me I was forced to rank up whatever 4* Kabam gave me for Arena grinding. I'm in an intermediate to beginner tier Alliance and we've won defender diversity category since this new AW came out. We have had fun placing all sorts of odd ball combinations together. Obviously the higher level players put the same champs for bosses but the rest put different ones. It is kind of fun. I've placed Spider Man, Venom and the Defenders. One time I went with Ant-Man, YJ, Khan, Ms Marvel and King Groot. Synergy and stupidity all at the same time. Keep the diversity Kabam and fix the rest of AW imo.
