Electro’s static shock

I have a question I’m hoping someone can give me some insight with: Electro - the static shock attackers get with contact ~ it says it’s science based with increased damage to mystic and decreased damage to skill....the fact that it’s science base, does that mean science champs isn’t effective by it? Appreciate any info

Nope, it just means that Skills take less and Mystics take more. Science and all other classes take the normal amount.

No, it is just describing who gets advantage/disadvantage damage by it, science are still affected.

Adding to what the 2 said above, if you ever face a Electro with Role Reversal node, you don't take any damage back.

This damage can also be avoided by certain champs. Blade with GR synergy gives you a chance to avoid it. Omega Red tentacle attacks avoid it.
