Insane shock damage, along with regen and also gains guaranteed crits on specials with gamora synergy. Shuts down robots and also is immune to bleed poison and converts shock to those electro charges. What y’all think?

the problem with Nebula is getting those 10 or 20 charges, then parrying and launching her sp2.
sometimes getting 20 takes time, and there is just too much baiting around. but it is soooo satisfying watching the opponent melt away
