Things Kabam Could Do Better (TKCDB) Series

Was thinking recently that maybe the reason that Kabam doesn't make any changes that make the player's experience better is because they can't think of any. I'd like to suggest a series in the General Discussions with recommendations for things that Kabam could do better (TKCDB). Please keep it to suggestions that won't cost them any revenue, because we all know that they aren't going to do anything that benefits players at their expense.

I'll start...

TKCDB - Stop trying to sell Pop-Up 3* offers to Uncollected Summoners for 400 units

Why would anyone in the world buy a 3*-only crystal for 400 units when they could buy a Grandmaster's Crystal for half as much, that give a 3* at a minimum with a chance at a 4* or 5*?
FYI - A 3* crystal for any veteran player is a dupe which means 8 sig levels for a champ that is never used, a sniff of gold, iso and 4* shards. Most veteran players wouldn't buy one for 50 units.

It's like trying to get your beginner alliance to play the right way. they end up doing what they want, but after a month or two, you got everyone doing what they should be. Best part is, you get results when you do what your supposed to do.

I just took a moment to wander into that wasteland known as suggestions and requests....from the barely coherent thread titles I don't think anyone ever goes there, including moderators based on what I saw.

Suggestion: don't let @Kabam Zibiit promise everyone chaos calendar rewards, only to have @Kabam Vydious renege on the promise a month later and tell everyone to go jump in a lake.

Request: my 1000 beginner rift shards, which will allow me to also run normal, heroic, and master rifts.

They promised this wouldn't be an issue, then without allowing questions or comments, tell us they're doing nothing and close all the threads. WTF. I've been at this for a year, and while Kabam has made bad technical/programming decisions (Ice Phoenix, Sentinels in AQ, etc.) it at least always seemed out in the open, and they were receptive to tweaking/complaints. This was patently dishonest.
