Do remember that if you are in UK - 6pm here, is 10am there. So at the minute it is currently 5am in the morning there time, so no they aren't active, as they will be sleeping and bare in mind all they will get when they are here is abuse from a load of 10 year old keyboard warriors.

Please point to where in the tos kabam explicitly stated that all users outside of West coast time us have no reasonable expectation of customer service in off hours
