Ghost (obvious reasons), Omega Red (unlocking suicides soon and have a gem/sig stones), and Nick Fury (I have a gem and I need him for CMM). I've been hunting these guys for SOOOOOOOOO long. I've probably opened over 30 Skill/Mutant crystals for OR or Nick and I've gone for the OR Incursion crystal once already.
