Ghost is not converting damage over time debuffs into Fury buffs.
Can easily test by dueling an Abomination or turning on Liquid Courage.
I am guessing this was broken when the purify 'fix' was implemented and QA'ed.

After update ghost is unable to convert incinerate damage of 6.2.2 into passive furies. I have tested vs HT and is the same situation.0

Her passive furies from phasing DOT simply don’t occur anymore, seems like that was coded to be associated as whatever it was changed from in the update, this is a huge bug especially with alliance war, and needs fixing ASAP2

All dot is bugged, tested by trying to phase bleeds from a ws sp1, something to do with that change about phase acting as purify or not purify or whatever it was, seriously kabam, get a testing team8

Looks like their change to make it so that she no longer "purifies" the effects has now bugged her ability to gain fury. Since she is one of the most popular champs, this will see a whole lot of attention from the Forum until it's fixed, I'd imagine.6

But I am on IOS so dont have the update. Just trying to see if this is something related to the client patch or the server patch.
