Draws Possible?

This is just something that crossed my mind a while ago but is it possible for a fight to end in a draw? This would be a rare occurrence but if both champions were suffering degen effects at the same rate and both had the same remaining health, could it be possible for the fight to end in a draw?

If so, would the out come be in favor of the AI (like timing out in an AQ/AW) or would you pick up the win?

Nothing really serious but the ol' brain gears are turning so just would like to know

    I'm pretty sure actual fights can end in draws but the Timing needs to be absolutely Precise

    There should be draw rewards added when tied, shouldn't give loss rewards. Now that this boring diversity is added, there is rarely a tie now a days(I'm pretty sure lol).

    Yup. Would like to see if anyone is able to actually do this lol.
