Overcharged me and when my bank made them give it back they put 400k negative units on my account. Stop dodging my emails Kabam.

if they overcharged you, I think you can just contact support to get it fixed and not get negative units. it's perfectly clear that they will give negative credits if you get a refund through the app store or whatever

Hi WhiskeyWarrior! If you make a purchase from the store and then request a refund it will put your account in a negative balance of that amount. While your balance is in negative you are unable to make purchases until your balance is returned to zero. Which can be done by making purchases from the store that equal the amount required.
