Falcon and glancing

Why can anyone glance against Falcon? With 100% reduced defensive ability accuracy this shouldn’t happen.

Was wondering the same thing glancing works weird I think the AA reduction applies on being struck first before any AA reduction is applied even if it’s 100% like falcon, I thought falcon would stop it but nope so sad

There was a discussion somewhat similar recently, but it was about aa not reducing or not being able to apply poison or bleed or neurotoxins. End of the day, all came to a conclusion that glancing was bugged.
