At what point can I buy grandmaster crystals and get 14 day log in rewards?

I was just wondering because I remember seeing a post that this was a thing
I'm level 28, one four star 11 3 stars, 9 of which are awakened

    You need to have beaten the collector at the end of act 5.2 to become uncollected.
    There might be a minimum level too but I'm not sure

    Well (removed by mod) I just finished 100% on act one lmao

    You don't need to 100% each act to get it.
    Completion (1 run each) is good enough but with the roster you just posted you're a bit of a way off act 5.

    Keep working at it and building. Storymode is permanent so there is all the time in the world. You'll get there.
