I will use this thread to ask a question, should I upgrade SL 5* duped to R4 or Ultron 4* duped to R5, just a F2P player, take my time to play the game, just completed act 3 only

Have done RoL and RttL, haven't even attempted LoL, yet. In terms of 5* champs, I only have the following;

Something else to bear in mind, I recently picked up Iceman who I’ll be taking to Rank 5. Many of Ultron’s useful abilities are covered by this champ...

It's not possible to have a 5star star lord at rank3 duped with story progression only at act3, either you mod or you're telling lies. And you even have enough to take him to rank4. The only way to get enough t2a to get a 5star rank4 champ is to 100percwnt complete act4

I was lucky to pull SL twice within my first 3 pull of 5*. I only concentrate to upgrade those champs I like to play. I played with fat boys alliance and we played AQ map5, I was lucky too to get many full T4CC and T4BC. Just take it as I lie. Nevermind the comments. And sorry to hijack the thread starter's thread. Sorry again

Redundant? He's still good. I have 4/55 SL and still ranked my 4* and use him way more than a lot of other 5/50s I have.

Can you sustain a combo? If yes, continue below... if no... Ultron.
It depends what your needs are.
Are you doing AQ?
If so, do you have another regen champ?
Are you a boss killer?
Do you need a champ to smash through content?

Iceman has triple immunity but he has no regen. For AQ, you only need double immunity. Having said that, with ice armour he can take an SP3, so if you have trouble with power gain nodes he's handy for that.

I did Vision AoU as my first rank 5. Just got the 3rd tech with yesterday's offer to now make Ultron my second rank 5. I can't get long streaks against the hardest content, so SL isn't that important to me. Don't have Yondu or Nebula yet, my r4 Rocket is sig 80 but I don't use him much.

I'd just rather have the immunities and power control or regen than what SL offers.

Yep, I have Magik and X-23, both strong regen champs.

Yep, I can maintain a combo.

Yep, I can kill bosses.

I went with SL.

I voted Rocket cuz I like him but the choice isn't as easy. Ultron is the better AQ/AW in many more cases than Starlord and Vision can also be a better choice for AW/AQ also than Starlord. Rocket tho is just fun to use and the dude does have some very high DPS (when awakened mostly).

Actually, coincidentally, I awakened Rocket about half an hour after posting the poll! I’ll definitely take him to Rank 4 at some point. I went with SL, but Ultron will probably be next, unless I’m lucky enough to pull Stark Spidey.
