Excited to try him out in the new cav eq quests. At least from the descriptions, he would seem to be broken over there.

Remember, DDHK they said he will be overpowered with rage debuff and 100% regeneration rate.

Kabam doesn't claim any champ will be overpowered. Can you point me to where a rep from Kabam said this?

They could have made that rage debuff passive and keep the regen rate normal.

Hmmmmm where does it say he'd be overpowered? The "too powerful" meant he'd regen too much. That's not being OP.
Tbh the reasoning for the Regen rate downgrade is bs. Many other champs Regen much better with similar circumstances.
I don't disagree. I think they should have said his regen would have been too powerful. But i'm not sure how that's possible if he's just regening from willpower.

They probably used the same flawed analysis that determined Namor's old crappy regen was OP and needed to be nerfed into "even more useless".

He is not bad bro, he got some decent damage and utilities, but his non-usability with suicides and lower regeneration rate severely affect his survivability.
I like his new kit.

There a lot of nice things with DDHK, animations in particular and it’s fun to use in some content. But the kit contains so many caveats or restrictions (like only Rage that becomes a Fury is SP2, not to mention the Regen) it’s a shadow of what it could be - not overpowered, not best in its class, just a bit more effective. But that’s a ship now sailed.

On topic, I hope that we see some news on YJ and Kingpin soon. It will be interesting to see what happens with them and what the differences will be.

Everything looks pretty ok with kingpin, but I wish kingpins 3 heavy attacks did something like provide 50% less power to the opponent since the opponent basically has to be in the corner of the wall with no power to use it viably and get the overpower buff.

Mole man looks like captain marvel, big damage but you'll need to use heavies once in a while
Terrax looks like omega red, stay close to the opponent for big damage
Kingpin kinda just looks like a normal champion, hit for big damage.

Thank God I have them.
One good thing about kingpin is that he can purify all debuffs, that's something nice.
No idea about terrax, never had him.
