even before this tune up, massacre was stressing playing and boring.
Dont think it will change much.

Angela deserves it and she's the winner for me out of all 4 with CW standing by her.

Massacre buff honestly makes no sense. First of all he didn't even need a buff but alright they did it. They center it around making his ignition more practical and have slightly higher damage on paper. But thing is, dude's got no utility other than a small disorient on sp1 which isn't much by 2021 standards. If they were gonna buff him, add utility. Seems like a waste of buff to me on paper atleast.

Yes of course. Cosmic has always had hard hitting specials.
But Angela has never been about that. Unless your playing to cycle your buffs you almost never throw specials with her. And her Heavy hits harder than, I'd say the top 10 of the game

It was more like a minor update rather than a tuneup.

Ok yes I know what Angela does as I have a 6 star r2, I’m just hoping her specials hit hard just like her basic and heavy hits. And also you do use her sp1 through the entire fight to keep the 3 furies on.
