What date/time does Hyperion enter 5* basic crystals?

I know Hyperion comes in November to the 5* basic crystal, but does anyone know the date / time that the new basics are released ? Thanks !

    Thanks. I haven’t needed a 5* champ so I haven’t paid attention to that in awhile

    They also claim that until you see it in the banner on the home screen they might not have updated the crystal with the new champs. Please wait till you see this message.
