Can’t use my tech 3-4 2015/16 rank up gem on LoL Ultron
I have a regular 3-4 tech rank up gem, as well as a 3-4 2015/16 only tech rank up gem. I am trying to use the 2015/16 one on LoL Ultron and it won’t let me. See pictures below - the description of gems used is different for LoL Ultron and Hulkbuster.

Regarding buffing old champs, why not make infinity stone changes permanent?
I’m sure it’s been discussed here before, but given the trend of buffing older champs to make them more relevant to the current meta, why not make the infinity stone enhancements to the avengers a perm buff? Sure some are powerful like Thor and Black Widow, but this makes original iron man and captain America way more…
