Anyone else counting on Boss Rush to save March?

March has been another snooze fest much like the rest of 2021 in Mcoc so far, are you hoping for Boss Rush to save it? A glimmer of hope in a dreary mcoc world? Votes comments welcome!

Fortunately Kabam is smarter than this. Giving out rewards too quickly would have killed MCOC years ago. Nobody will play if there is nothing left to chase.

How dare a month long EQ take a few hours of actual gameplay to complete! I DEMAND Kabam cut it down to one path per quest and reward me with 6* nexus and a 6* generic AG for the 30 minutes I put into this!

They didn’t increase the rewards, they just took it out of the secondary event and put it in the monthly event

T5CC Nexus in Cav, 5* Nexus and AG in the side quest, lots of 6* shards, why would it need saving?
Easily pleased I guess. 10% of 1 R3 6* is a joke.
5* AG's are old hat now, and the nexus while ok is still for previous generation 5* champs while most want/need 6*'s.as they get boosts in Act 7.

Kabam are rewarding players with disadvantaged rewards for big effort which blows.
If the rewards are beneath you don't bother doing it. I'll do it because they're very much worth it to me, but hey I only have 10 R3 6*, maybe you have 30 or something.

People are going to complain no matter what. I have 19 R3s and I explore Cav and UC EQ every month. It's not remotely the time suck people make it out to be for a good roster, especially on months without a 4* objective.

Aw man I just realized I hit yes on accident.
I think that this SQ is clever, it just had a rough start. It’s loads better than Jubilee’s Arcade, so that’s a win. The rewards are INSANE too. The boss rush will be fun, but not the best thing of the month IMO

The best thing is when iHulk comes to the basic.

I lost my feather and got it back in less than a few days, boo hoo I didn't even get to do tier 6 before everyone else. And wow the rewards are SOOOOOO bad. Like kabam is so greedy giving us a fun side quest with only a 5* nexus, 5* basic, 5* AG, 5k 6* shards, a **** ton of t5b frags, etc. etc. Like why cant they be less greedy and give as a 12* abyss nexus crystal and 5 t5cc selectors?

This guy entitled much. You’re asking for 35% of the rarest thing we can get in the game for event quest? You must be on something. The 10% nexus is just fine. The buff of the rewards are good. I’m an end gamer and I think this is fine.

Gameplay still suffers mightily from lag, input drop and freeze-up issues. The SQ roll out has been comically bad. The Hood buff/unbuff appears to have been a puzzling instance of developer disconnect.

Increased Cav EQ rewards are nice as well as the double dip in incursions. The other three buffs were solid as well.

But we shouldn’t pretend this month has been hitchless. It’s an overstatement to say it needs to be saved, but I’d trade some of the good for a month with clean gameplay and event delivery.

On the topic of the SQ, I actually love the idea of it scaling. This kind of setup lets Kabam break out of the standard difficulty tiers and could in the future let them throw some genuinely challenging content at players.

Even the grinding of a specific difficulty level for uru serves a purpose, it prevents players from just easily iteming through the lower tiers to get higher because they’d have to do each tier multiple times (it’s still possible to item through but it’d be mad expensive). It’s a super cool concept and I want them to know that so they can keep tweaking it in the future.

I'm curious, what are your thoughts on the 4* objective? Is it a good addition?

I don't mind the time they take but I do wish they would include some 4* rank up gems in either EQ completion rewards or in the objective itself. That would make getting some more 4* up to the R4/R5 level a bit more palatable than it is currently.

That said I could definitely live without them and wouldn't be sad in the least if we never had another one.

Comparing to last year Dec and this year Jan, 6 star rewards for Feb and March were low it's not bad but comparitively low

How can u ask for a 25% t5c instead of 10% and still saying "you will put the resources in".. If u are in a place that cav eq rewards are irrelevant for you then you shouldn't be using any resources.. And if u are indeed using resources then u have no right to ask for 25% t5c, you are not there yet. So pick one.

And no,energy is not a resource, if cav doesn't worth yr time then neither any of the other difficulties are, so u got plenty energy to use

Cav eq has never been easier and it's so quick if you are using the right class.

The folks who complain about the Cav EQ are the ones 'punching up' to do it. Sorry to say but they really have no business doing Cav difficulty tbh.

Personally, I feel like this month is better than January and February, but one thing to keep in mind is that it hasn’t even been a week since the roll over between months. Sure, we had a rough start to the month with the side quest bug, the Hood situation, and the continuing lag and connection issues, but content and reward wise I think this is a good month. For the first time, I think I may actually be able to fully explore the cavalier event quest, and with the reward increase that makes it even better for me. Overall I find that this month’s EQ isn’t that hard and feels rewarding, at least to me, so I think they did a decent job with that. As for the side quest, it may not be overly difficult currently, but remember that we’re at the beginning of the month and the difficulty and rewards will increase as the month goes on. Even though we don’t know the rewards for the boss rush yet, I personally think that this month is the best of 2021 so far, although there have been better months in the game history.

This month is definitely better than the last 2 months, but Cav EQ and the side quest aren’t that interesting or engaging to me. I’ll do them, but I can’t say I’m really enjoying them

The boss rush is something a bit different and hopefully provides a bit of excitement. Feels like I’m just going through the motions with the monthly content.

‘Saving’ seems a bit strong, this month isn't any different to a standard MCOC month. But I always enjoy months with more stuff happening a lot more. Months like December are a blast, but I know we can’t get them every month

EQ is nothing but a boring grind. So is SQ, and it's also very easy. I really hope boss rush will bring some fun
