I took her up to rank 2 unduped and I was happy duping her from a 6* featured. Pretty underrated IMO, slow is the one of the most powerful debuffs in the game and gwen has one of the most accessible slows just off her heavy. Enervate is actually really useful in a lot of situations and her damage once ramped is really solid.

Excellent power control, and very easy slow appliance. Better damage than people think at 5 charges.
R2 worth unduped.
Personally I'd r3 unduped but that's just me

Also, I'd like to add, I have Venom, and I found out they have a synergy, is she noticeably better with Venom synergy? At first I was pissed off, but on second thought, not that bad 🤔

She hits slightly harder at the cost of evade chance. It's all up to you whether it's worth it or not.
Her Storm X and DDHK synergies also warrant a look at
