(Zola, he said he was given double the initial URU, so had enough to unlock more than what should as of now).
But Soundwarp, that doesn’t seem possible, you said you were able to purchase Casket 8 even though only have Tier 7 quest available (and maybe only tier-6 prior to that purchase, but anyways), when your pic clearly showed Casket 8 under a lock REQUIRING you to have actually run Tier-8 quest before being able to unlock and purchase Casket-8.

Ok as I explained previously, I had the issue everyone else was having except I logged in the day later, and in my email was a second set of 120 uru and a new feather. So I thought this was the fix for the issue. So I went about my quest since it seemed to be fixed. Got up to 8th gauntlet unlocked. The next day they sent out corrections email with the new feather so when I went to start my path to the next gauntlet yesterday I found it reset my gauntlet back to 6. So I figured maybe if I get to the next one at 75 uru which at the time I was now 10 short maybe it will force unlock 9th gauntlet. Well today I unlocked the 8th casket and now I only have the 6 and 7th next stage unlocked. And now it won’t even let me unlock casket 9 because I can’t beat the next gauntlet or whatever number I should be at. All this because the monthly event messed up.

I just posted a video showing my situation. As you can see, I can’t unlock the final tier now because I can’t progress now past gauntlet 7.
This is a nicely designed event with some decent rewards. Yet, there really needs to be more T1A and T4B frags, and that too across all tiers. Realistically, those are becoming bottlenecks for even Cavalier players like me who are building rosters of 5* champs.
The thing is even if I have to do the quest once to unlock it, I can still get necessary uru from easier quests and then to unclock caskets I’ll do harder ones just once, will save lot of resources

Yeah. You can just do quest 5 28 times. Then do quest 6-9 once to unlock the caskets at the end of the month. Unless I’m missing something?

Not sure what criteria was used for reimbursement, but I was stuck at Tier 1 and ran it because I thought you had to in order to get past it and I never got a feather.
@ADDIS0N , if your statement days ago from the (Merged) Bug thread is indeed what you did (bought the 1st 5 caskets with the initial Uru you got by being Uncollected or above, but never got the higher Tier quests available)...
If we opened all the chests and only had a tier 1 event and used the feather on that event (because this was not clear), do we get the feather back?
... then yes, you should have been eligible for that extra Feather compensation. You should submit a Support Ticket if that is the case.
But if you didn’t actually buy any caskets (whether you were Uncollected but just didn’t buy caskets in advance, or also for anyone who isn’t even Uncollected yet who by design need to start at bottom and work up collecting Uru) and just ran Tier-1 quest back then initially, then no, that would not qualify.

Bro I think tier 7 is easy then tier 6. Go buy tier 6 casket and try to play for tier 7. You can still continue to tier 6, if you find tier 7 difficult.

Yes you can use all of your feathers on Tier 6 and then unlock accordingly
Im also having issues with this. I was one who got double rewards and have already unlocked casket 6 and 7. I am now stuck on tier 5 and 6 and have contacted Kabam. They told me to redo 6 and then buy the casket again, which didn't work. Now I'm annoyed and don't know what to do.

No, I'm sorry but you'll always have to beat the previous Tier to go on to the next. So, you have to beat Tier 7 in order to buy Casket #7, and then beat Tier 8 to buy Casket #8, and then beat Tier 9 to buy the last Casket #9. If you cannot beat Tier 7, you can always repeat Tier 6 and get the Quest Rewards from Tier 6, but that is it!

After you bought t8 you have 0 uur left (used the 5 extra uru left over from the 120 uncollected started with) Now you can play tier 9 and get 11 instead of 10 uru But you still need to do 10 runs because 9 runs give you 99 uru ...
Where I am lost is why give out an extra uru if it doesn’t change anything to the economics ...
If t9 was 10 uru the effect and amount needed to play would have been exactly the same ...
Question regarding the sidequest, been doing them daily after each AQ ends, but changed team to avengers for the alliance event. Idiot forgot to change back into my quest team. I have 35 Uru, 3 more quests and I'll have the 7th casket, so 3 runs at tier 7, 8 runs at tier 8 for the 8th 8th casket, and 10 runs at the tier 9 for the 9th casket, 1 run of tier 10, so I need a total of 22 feathers, calendar says we get 26 more.
What I'm asking is my maths right and I only need to run 22 more quests so I'll have extra feathers as there is no way my avenger team is going to do tier 7

Short answer is if you do everything optimally you should have enough Uru to buy all 9 caskets and unlock tier 10 with seven feathers left. If you completely skip a day you'll then probably have six feathers left and lose one run of Tier 10.
@Kabam Miike can you explain the justification of some players having glitch and getting extra urn amount being able to get in total a full t5b and 10 2% t5cc which is 20% of a t5c then everyone else who did not have the bug?
