I mean the question is pretty straightforward if kabam leaves it in the ig thor rags got a mini buff.

    But I doubt it because Kabam does stuff like this all the time
    I mean what’s the chances that a character who is kinda bad gets placed as a defender for the SQ and also gets a crazy Special 3 bug.
