    I would lean AA until you dupe voodoo. But by that point you might have a few 4* to use

    I have 10 4 stars but they all need t4cc to rank up so I want to focus on 3 stars a little but

    Or hype. Both solid damage outputters. But, if you already have 4*s at r4, it doesn’t matter too much. Long as they aren’t bad, I say rank ‘em all
