I can’t chat in global, alliance chat, or with friends I can’t talk at all

    Yeah it’s been pretty buggy since v12 (or whatever update was the huge rebalancing one). What I do is I copy my text, and if it vanishes, I just paste it and it normally works in a few tries

    There's a possibility it could be a Temporary Chat Ban as well. No idea if that's the case or not.

    Normally anywhere from 1-3 days if it’s been longer than that then you’ve been banned permanently

    same problem idk what i did im assuming its a chat ban censor can get you chat banned if that helps.

    In order to get this resolved, you'll need to contact our support team as they'll be the best for this. You can do so either by CLICKING HERE or by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main MCOC screen. From there, select 'Support' and you'll be able to submit a ticket.

    We aren't able to help further with these situations as they are account specific. I'll be closing the thread for this reason.
