Blade's regeneration limits

It says when under 70% health, blade will comsume his energy to regen. I found that he can't regen back to 70% health. Every time his health gets lower and lower, eventually he dies. For instance, he's at 7000 health (assuming 7500 is his 70% health line), I got hit at this point, health went down to 6500, I hold block, and he regents back to 7000. But not anymore, not back to 7500 as I thought he would.

I hope this is not another trick Kabam uses to mislead players, by leaving important information out in his description and later claims that it's supposed to be this way.

So what you're trying to say is that the 70% health in the description is the 70%of health that u start the fight with
For example blade with full health is 13k
70% of that is 9100 and that will be the regeneration mark in the first fight
After the fight if you are left with 7k health and move to the next fight
Are you trying to say that in the second fight he won't be able to regenerate to the 9100 health because the game is registering (70% of 7k hp) rather than (70%of 13000hp)

Right. It's very complicated, there're multiple situations I wanna discuss, but you're on point, at least 90% of it. The point is, he doesn't get back to the 70% mark if he doesn't start the fight at full health. At least that's what I encountered. I did a test run at winter soldier, he always gets back to 70% (my health never went down to below 60% in that fight, don't know how different it would've been otherwise), then when I finished WS and went into CM, he just kept loosing health, he regenerated a bit over the fight but he never got back to the 70%, then it just kept going lower, eventually he died.

I hope this is not confusing, I'm using my cell to type, this is a bit too much for me lol

Nvm, I just realize you have to keep holding block and never release from that......

This is not what I am experiencing. I can start the fight with low health and heal up to 70% of max hp every time.
