Power Reserve Node bug

In 5.3 there's a node called Power Reserve, which description says 'Special Attacks for both Champions cost 50% less Power".
Yeah, that's true. But only for the opponent! I'm playing in 5.3.6 right now and using specials doesn't give me any power back. Could you please fix this? It's really unfair.

It sometimes bug when you do special attacks quickly one after another.

I can confirm this. Although in my experience, it only affects l2. Your power bar will be completely depleted after using a special 2. However, using special 1 is also finicky. Sometimes you'll get a full bar back, sometimes you won't and I can't figure out the logic. It wasn't doing this on my first run through it a couple weeks ago.

I only had 5.3.6 remaining so I just spent the units to complete it but this is definitely a costly bug.

I spent units to change masteries just to do 5.3.5 with dorm path and I do not want to spent units again because it is broken now (need 2 paths to 100% and on the other I need a key which is here). Was there any information from Kabam about fixing this?

Power reserve isn't working for me in any of 5.3. I'm trying to use Ronan to stun lock to save some units and it's not working on his L1. Any word on this yet?

Try use sp1, M-L-M combo, then M-L-L-L-M combo and sp1 again.
Using 2 specials too quickly might cause this bug

Right now it occasionally does not work on L1 and does not work at all on L2. Unless you remove dex from masteries good luck or big pockets when fighting dorm in 5.3.5 there.
@Kabam Miike any chance it will be addressed soon?
