Best evade counter in the game ?

So yesterday i posted about most annoy5 evade champ i the game which got a good response . Let's see what people think of the best evade counter.

With Falcon and Mole in skill class , Monke will always cry in the corner.

Objectively, Hit-Monkey is a better evade counter than Falcon tho since Falcon's evade counter is offset by additional ability accuracy.

However subjectively, Falcon's much easier to use as an evade counter and in certain scenarios, you need the opponent to evade to trigger his evade counter and while the opponent won't retaliate and KO you, the opponent evading does throw me off a bit. Plus, Falcon's much tankier.
