I also have a 565 Gilly 2099 and rank for r4 Sentinel so that makes it even worse if anything I guess I could use her for a robot boss

Use the Proxima Synergy and she starts with more Charges. Get her to 40, then fire them off followed by an L2.

I think she can only get to 20 charges, and then the SP2 doubles it to 40 shocks

I run full suicides, love Nebula, bumped her to R2 duped, she plows through poison paths on Map 6, purifies some shock, double immune, self repair, power lock, shock...she isn't god tiered but used correctly can help with a ton of content.

I'm afraid I don't know, I have not used her much, yet just gave the few starters which I've been telling to many others who are disappointed about pulling Nebula.

Well it takes a lot of patience and skill with Nebula to do anything good. I don't think I will use her for anything. She is not terrible but not good either.
