Red Skull

Seeing Overseer with a cosmic cube just reminds me how much Red Skull needs a buff. A big buff. Overhaul level buff. He’s really not useful for much. Let Overseer teach him how to properly wield a cube please.

Red Skull really needs to not lose his Armor Ups on Parries, and a bump-up to base attack and base Shock duration and potency. He already has a fair load of utility, he just needs competent damage and convenience to go with it (also needs a useful awakened ability).

That synergy sounds pretty terrible. Even with max armors, it's an 80% chance for a miniscule armor break.
Unless it stacks and the lack of duration isn't a mistake, and it applies on every hit. Even then, doesn't sound too great, still need to ramp armors, then breaks, then you stsrt dealing damage

This guy simply has no hope to improve his damage. Though he is really has some utility.... to some extent...

Exactly. This is a terrible synergy. If they gave him 100% chance to place an armor break for each armor up buff he still wouldn’t be anywhere near top tier damage. He needs a straight up overhaul. His damage is bleak, his utility is limited and his play style (heavy intercept) is challenging with little reward. Start at the beginning with a clean slate.He needs it. Honestly I think Civil Warriors buff would’ve been awesome for Red Skull. Maybe instead of an armor up buff he gets something like a kinetic charge that grants resistance, attack, and increases special attack damage. He could still build those for sp2 damage but it’d give some room to make him more interesting and viable.
