Stop Penalizing Me for Game Crashes in AQ!!!!!!!

I need to vent. Twice today I've lost 1/2 my health in AQ because the game crashed!!!! Please fix the game.

It's been happening to me for 3 years until I upgraded my phone. I can assure you it's NOT a connection issue.

Well.... the fact it stopped when you upgraded your phone means that it wasn't a game issue either.
