    I pulled a 4* Hyperion yesterday, got all the milestones in level up by taking him to 4/40.
    Just need an item use event to awaken and fill him up with stones

    It comes every three to five days. I once tracked the 22 hour events for a couple of weeks, and that was the pattern.

    It's different for different people, so nobody can tell you when it will be up for you.

    Level Up on again now plus Tech Advancement. We should be seeing another Level Up before end of SA week.

    I'm hitting all milestones for trhe past level up events and now I'm running low of gold and ISO reserves :(
