Why can't Fun in the SUN be automatically claimed or pops up to be claimed?

A couple of times now where I've done the 10 fights for forgotten to claim and now I've got to wait 16 hours for the next one.

Has anyone else gotten this issue??

Why can't it just pop up so you can claim it easily? Why make it so hard?

    It stays there unclaimed until you claim it, but then you miss out on the day's milestone - you gotta wait until the next one shows up.

    Well what's the point of not having the milestone pop up though? Then there's the CA$H deal being tied to it.

    This is not a disagreement. I commented the same and also 100s of other players. There was a massive thread on it but now the fire is gone. It's too late as 1/3rd of the event have passed.
    Players also posted about the bugged notification.
    So I'm just telling you that you are late on the discussion.

    Players got 7 days grace period for free in case of missed days, even when these 7 days were previously behind paywall.
    This event have left a bad taste. All anybody can do is to learn from mistakes and move forward.

    This allows everyone to forget 7 times and still claim the rewards all for the shocking price of 1 gold.
    They posted here and sent an in-game mail.

    I miss like 6 days because of this. It didn't pop up to show that I have completed the challenge. So stupid. They basically saying it indirectly, "oH yOu MiSsEd A dAy? yOu CaN gEt ThE pAsS fOr 20 dOlLaRs." Hate this thing man...

    Its simple. They tried to find a way to make the event "different" and "unique" , while at the same time not being easy as just logging in, and incentivize P2W players for more rewards.

    I won't compare it to the summoner appretiation thing we got last year, as this one is completely different from it. More boring, less rewards, more effort. Is not nearly the same

    So I of course am grateful for the free stuff, but do think that there are some flaws. I was on vacation last week, and I felt myself intentionally making time where I had WiFi to do 10 fights. I don’t think anyone was complaining with the calendar we had last year. If Kabam wanted profit, just add a second calendar that you pay for

    This community is so weird, I don’t understand why you guys don’t want your game to just work correctly lol. Why is it that the summer canteen event is the only quest in the tab that doesn’t show an indicator when its completed. Regardless of whether or not they gave us a 7 day grace period doesn’t mean they should be exempt from just giving us a simple core mechanic that should expected.

    It’s not that hard, just give an indicator that the quest is complete.
    Exactly! Just show that (1) pop up to show that we have completed the challenge. It's not that hard. Kabam just do that on purpose. Because they want us to pay for the pass if we missed a day. I ain't paying nothing if they gonna do that.

    They "compensated" with a week of free milestones at the expense of 1 gold. Did u take advantage of this "compensation"? And if u did and u kept on screwing up.. whose fault is it?

    Ok that was weird, i clicked on notification and it said "comment not found" so I thought the thread got closed down.

    I hope Kabam look at this seriously as it most likely affects more people than they realize. I have lots of free time right now and log in everyday to do AQ, AQ, Quests, etc, and even I miss out on claiming the milestone.

    This is a legit plea not just for me but for the community as a whole.

    If I remember right, the "objectives" icon has a bit more of a blue glow when the 10 fights are done, but... that's it

    ...sometimes I forget if I even did the ten fights

    When you complete the first 10 fights, the progress bar pops up telling you that you did. You can alternatively check just before it resets whether you have claimed it or not. No idea why people are still creating an issue when kabam already gave 7 days grace time. It's not exactly rocket science.
