Here is a Chart for the Top 50 Champions Rank Totals By Class (6-Star only).
It focuses on how many Champions of each Class are in the Top 50 Champions, as well as at what specific Ranks each Class shows up. The x-axis is the progressive tally for each Rank spot from 0 to 50 (0 is blank). The y-axis is Total number of Champions for each Class.
This data was pulled from Kingslayer MCOC's August 8th youtube video "MCOC All 200 Champions Ranked! | Best Characters In MCOC | Marvel Contest Of Champions". This is just his ranking which could be different than yours. This ranking also does not include this month's buff for Venom Pool and King Groot.

These are only the first 50 6-Star Champions from Kingslayer MCOC's video. His video lists the Top 200 Champions, and also includes 5-Stars.
So, a bar chart like this?...
IMO it would appear better as 6 separate columns(One for each class) of champs in top 50 to compare that way.
So, 6 separate columns like this?

Though I do think Kingslayer MCOC's actual linear ranking is also neat. And adding the actual Champion names on the 2nd chart both (a) provided more details on the comparative progressive distribution data source, and (b) expanded the use of the chart to also cover the linear ranking.
That's definitely informative, and makes a clear display of how many of each Class are in the Top 50.
I went with the other ones, because I wanted to convey the actual progression makeup of when in the Ranking each Class appeared.
But it's all good.
So original (with the actual champ names at bottom) is best in my view.
Nice job.
kingslayers tier list was weird anyway
If either of you would be up for making even a Top 10 6-Star Champions Ranked Order list (#'d 1-10), I could take that and make some neat charts. By themselves, aggregating all charts, charts that show the variance for each Champ's ranking across lists, etc. It would also be useful to see if the general Progressive Tally and Total pattern for Classes was still roughly the same.
Or make a Top 50 or Top 25 if you feel up to it. And that goes for anyone else in this thread. If you have an ordered Top 10, 25, or 50 6-Star, just post it here and I will use it to make charts.
I could do something like apply a fraction multiplier to each Class Tally, that corresponds to the ratio of 1/(#-in-that-Class-pool/#-in-smallest-Class-pool). I have no idea if that's expressing the pool odds weights properly, any chance a mathlete could weigh in on that?
So...
Mystic 23/23 = 1, so 1/1 = 1
Science 29/23 = 1.26, so 1/1.26 = 0.79
Tech 26/23 = 1.13, so 1/1.13 = 0.88
Cosmic 34/23 = 1.48, so 1/1.48 = 0.68
Mutant 30/23 = 1.30, so 1/ 1.30 = 0.77
Skill 29/23 = 1.26, so 1/1.26 = 0.79
Which gives the following interesting comparison between the unmodified chart and the pool ratio modified chart.
This would be the proper charts for that:
