Diablo not stun immune against apoc

I was using Diablo against apoc on encroaching stun in war. I had the philosophers mix up with grain of uru which should make me stun immune but that’s not happening. I got stunned. See screenshots

    Perhaps the defender has the assasin mastery thus reducing stun imunnity
    Since diablo's stun imunnity is not a part of his imunnities, bcs it is only activated by one of his vials.
    Therefore diablo's stun imunnity can fail

    Keep in mind that this is just my theory

    Should be a bug.... Would love get a few answers here ..as I myself is curious about it.. clearly states he should be immune to stun during philosophers mix is active...
