[MERGED] Parry Issue Fix

I think I’ve identified the issue with Parry. It seems it was a delayed reaction with the Ebony Maw buff, where he’s still subpar. I think another buff would fix the issue 🤓

Why start all of the competitive content, like alliance wars and summoner showdown, when the game is still broke? This is the equivalent of us going to a car dealer to get a used car and having the dealer tell us there's a great car with a lot of potential so it's top dollar, but it has a blown head gasket that'll take a long time to get fixed but one day it will. But wait...I'll give you free antifreeze every time you overheat on the highway. You're offsetting some of the item usage with compensation items while the game isn't running correctly.

Now you're asking us to start the competitive parts of the game while at the same time admitting it's still broke. No one would enter their car in a race when the engine isn't running right.

Here's my concern. I won't spend money on a broken product unless there's a good reason for getting it that way. That said, I'm not buying units when I run out to offset game failures because I need revives, health pots, or whatever. My alliance is highly competitive in both aq and aw. We must finish all maps 100%. I'm worried I'm going to get kicked because I fail on one of my paths because the game is in the state it's in and I'm out of items and units. I don't understand the decisions being made to say continue as it was, while at the same time admitting that you're not firing on all cylinders like you should be.

Since the announcement about the hot fix there wasn't any comment or acknowledgment by Kabam to what many players (me included) still experiencing with the parry\dex bug.
I don't know how to read your silence...
Is it "there is nothing wrong with the game, you are the problem"?
Is it "we are going back to the drawing board"?
Is it "we can confirm the bug still exist but we are still plan to launch AW \ SoP \ etc as schedule"?
Is it "we can confirm the bug still exist but haven't decided back about launching or postponing the special events"?

The worst thing, even more than the bug is the silence... with something serious like this bug I would expect you to give a daily status just like you did once or twice in the past with some major issues (not just bugs but other issues with the players community).
Even, "we are still checking" is better than the feeling of ignoring us.

I must say I'm anxious myself. I'm stuck at a Champion pass with Dex barely working. Lol. However, they gave the timeline, so we will have to be patient. It will come when it comes.

Same boat here. If it’s almost impossible to Dex (best case scenario, most end up being parries) it gets kinda hard even following up GM’s prompts. Same when parry flat out fails. Trying to Dex when he wants me to parry now. It’s a bit silly.

yeah, having the same issue dexing. you can compensate and adjust your play with the initial dex, but it’s really hard when you have to dex 2x to get away from an aggressive AI. i would just wait until the issue is fixed when trying to clear content like act 7. but summer of pain is timebound. hope they can send some revives and health pots soon.

i know i can’t solo most fights, but i think i could save a revive or 2 most fights if the dex timing was the same as before

That issue is definitely not fixed. Even watching the YouTubers doing the SOP final, they all got smashed a few times because of missed parry or dex.

I am sure Kabam will wait long enough, so that we can not use the compensation to complete summer of pain. Or it will come just before the end, so that they can say it was delivered before the end of it.

Summer of pain is supposed to earn a lot of money and general compensations would ruin this effect.

Defenders are intercepting / parrying / dexing / dashing-in more often than before (especially in arena). Also it is difficult to bait out sp1 or sp2 at times.

my game is close all the time, when the control is inverted, the dexterity doesn't work in grandmaster

At this point, assuming an average of one revive has been used as a result of parry/dex bug per day the bug has been going on (conservative low), do the math. The compensation for this has better be appropriate.

I uninstalled and cleared app cache seems better to me now. iPhone pro max latest patch

I've tried this and still cant dex any med attack or specials consistently.

I'm at my wit's end. This was by far my most favorite mobile game and completely frustrated with the state of the game. I don't want to leave, but it's no longer fun. It's hard to walk away, but for now, that is what is going to happen...

Could this be a lot of the buffering issues? Is the AI having to do so many calculations because it has been ramped up to be superhuman?
