You can DM them yourself from up here in Forums.
Whether they deem it worthy of reply may be another thing, and keep in mind they can not help (do not have access to) account-specific issues (you would have to open up a Support Ticket for that).

Go to your forum Profile up here, then click on your INBOX. There you can create a direct “New Message” to specific people (including Moderators). In the Recipient list, do the @ sign, Kabam, and then their name (may take some patience trying to get potential suggested auto-complete forum user/moderator names to populate in selection-box).

As for opening a Support Ticket, see (which is a newer Support site than one you may have used with your previous issues in years past)…
