How long for new members to join Alliance War or Alliance Quests?

How is this calculated? Is it the same for joining as it is for rewards?

    It depends on the rating and tier of the alliance.

    A newer Alliance. Say Tier 19.

    Also, is there a guide somewhere for the various rates?

    It was in one of the update changelogs I believe. For Beginner/Normal AQ I would say that it is probably like 3 days.

    For war it is pretty basic though, if they are in the alliance when the war is started and if they participate in the war and stay until it is concluded then the player will get the rewards.
